Over time, concrete surfaces can shift, sink, and settle, leading to uneven, cracked, or unsafe areas around your property. Whether it’s a driveway, sidewalk, patio, or pool deck, uneven concrete not only detracts from your home’s curb appeal but can also pose a safety hazard.

Our concrete lifting services offer a quick, cost-effective solution to raise and level sunken concrete without the need for costly replacement. Using advanced Poly Concrete Raising techniques, we can restore the integrity of your surfaces in just a few hours—helping you save time and money while preventing further damage.

If you’re dealing with uneven concrete, we’re here to help get things level again, safely and efficiently. Keep reading to learn more about the process and how we can transform your concrete surfaces back to their original position.

The Process

  • 01: Surface Assessement

We begin by assessing your concrete to determine whether lifting is the right solution. Each project is unique, and sometimes underlying issues like voids or structural binds can impact the process. Based on this assessment, we provide an estimate of the material required to lift the slab, setting clear expectations for the project.

  • 02: Drilling the Holes

Next, we drill small, 5/8” diameter holes into the concrete slab at key points. This allows us to inject the Polyurethane foam beneath the surface, starting the process of raising the concrete back to its original level.

  • 03: Raising the Concrete

We inject the Poly foam into the drilled holes. The foam fills the voids under the concrete and expands, lifting the slab gradually. The amount of foam used depends on the size and condition of the concrete, ensuring the right level of lift.

  • 04: Sealing and Clean-Up

After leveling the concrete, we seal the holes with cement and clean up the area, leaving it smooth and ready for use. Most jobs are completed within a few hours, with minimal disruption to your space.

We understand that concrete raising can be an unfamiliar process, so we’ve compiled some important information to help you feel confident in your decision. Here are some common details that may clarify the process, its benefits, and how it works:

  • Polyurethane Foam is a lightweight material used in the concrete lifting process. It fills voids beneath sunken concrete, gently raising it back into place while offering a stable, durable solution.

  • Yes! Polyurethane foam is non-toxic and inert, meaning it won’t harm surrounding soil or vegetation. It also helps reduce waste by avoiding the need for full concrete replacement, making it an environmentally-conscious choice.

  • Concrete raising is often less than half the cost of replacing concrete, making it a highly cost-effective option. Additionally, you can avoid the hassle and expense of demolition and disposal.

  • We can lift many types of concrete surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, garage floors, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific surface, we’ll assess it during our initial consultation.

  • While most concrete surfaces can be lifted, there are some limitations. Surfaces that are heavily cracked, extremely deteriorated, or beyond repair may not be suitable for lifting. We’ll provide a clear assessment of what’s possible before proceeding.
