The Gravity Takeover

Over time, gravity affects everything - our bodies, our homes, even our concrete! While we can't stop gravity's impact on your body, we're here to help with your concrete.

Sunken concrete isn't just unsightly; it can also be dangerous and cause leaks. With our Poly Concrete Leveling techniques, we can quickly raise your concrete in just a few hours.

Polyurethane Foam

We raise your sunken concrete using Polyurethane foam which fills in the spaces the settling earth has created and raises the slab to it's rightful place.

Sounds expensive…

Good news, it's actually a cost-effective alternative to replacing your concrete.  Concrete raising can usually be done for less than half the cost of pouring new concrete!  Savings maybe even greater if you factor in the costs of demolition, removal and landscaping.

Lifting vs. Replacing

  • Costs less: Concrete lifting costs less than concrete replacement.

  • Zero Down Time: Full weight-bearing function possible within a short time compared to replacement.

  • Less mess: There is no need to demolish concrete and no damage to landscaping.

  • Environmentally-friendly: Removed concrete often ends up in landfill; with concrete lifting there is no waste.

  • Preventative: Fills voids to prevent erosion and further damage to concrete caused by animals and insects. Also helps stabilize soil.

  • Improves safety: Eliminate trip hazards and prevent personal injury from uneven steps or walkways.

Lift+Level Process

STEP ONE

5/8”D holes are strategically drilled into the concrete slab that requires lifting

STEP TWO

Poly foam is injected into the drilled holes filling the voids and raising the concrete to the correct level

STEP THREE

After injection is completed the holes are patched with cement

STEP FOUR

Concrete is ready for use immediately following
